Some pains are physical and some are mental the one gives both that is dental. A couple of 100 years ago Benjamin Franklin said, never leave that till tomorrow, he said, which you can do today. This is the man who discovered electricity. We can’t pretend we haven’t been told. What he actually meant that do it now before it’s too late; before the fear of not doing the things get worse than the fear of doing it.

Oral health begins with clean teeth. Keeping the area where your teeth meet your gums clean, you can prevent gum diseases, while keeping your tooth surface clean can help you stave off cavities. Chewing sugar-free gum after a meal, for instance, can help prevent oral cavities.

An unhealthy mouth often also means an unhealthy heart. Oral disease is a bacterial infection. If not treated in time, it is capable of affecting other body organs through the blood stream.
